经阴道手术患者术后自我效能与婚姻质量的相关性研究

Correlation of self-efficacy and marital quality for vaginal surgical patients

目的分析经阴道手术患者术后自我效能与婚姻质量的相关性。方法采用自我效能测量表及婚姻质量问卷,对126例经阴道手术患者分别于出院后12周、24周、36周及48周进行自我效能与婚姻质量测评,数据采用Pearson相关分析。结果患者出院后不同时间的自我效能水平及婚姻质量评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者的自我效能与婚姻质量存在相关性。结论患者的自我效能可以影响其婚姻质量。

Objective To study the correlation of self -- efficacy and marital quality for vaginal surgical patients . Method Assess the self--efficacy and marital quality of 126 vaginal surgical patients in the 12nd, 24th, 36th and 48th week after discharge by self--efficacy inventory and marital quality inventory. Analyze the data by Pearson＇s correlation analysis. Result There is significant difference on comparison of scores of self--efficacy and marital quality on different time after discharge （P（0.05）. Patients＇ self--efficacy is correlated to marital quality. Conclusion Patients＇ self--efficacy can in- fluence their marital quality.
