摘要
当今世界企业之间充满竞争，企业要生存和发展，必须不断地努力提高自身产品的竞争力。6s管理作为一种行之有效的企业管理方法，正被越来越多的企业采纳。通过6s管理可以不断提高企业综合管理水平，树立企业形象和品牌。本文介绍中厚板卷厂根据生产现场实际情况，有效推行并实施6s管理，分析6s管理对企业管理的重要性。
Enterprises must constantly improve the competitiveness of products in order to survive and develop in a competitive world. 6S management, as one of effective management methods, is being adopted by more and more enterprises, which can not only improve general management level but also establish image and brand of enterprises. The paper introduces the implementation scheme of 6S management at Wide Plate/Coil Plant and analyzes the importance for enterprise management.
