基于LS-DYNA的水箱固定支架冲压成形数值模拟

摘要 通过运用LS-DYNA软件对水箱固定支架冲压成形过程进行求解,对模具间隙、圆角半径等对冲压成形性能的影响进行分析研究,并以此来准确把握工艺参数对冲压成形性能的影响,以充分认识实际冲压零件的成形过程,及早发现问题,改进模具设计,缩短调模试模周期,降低制模成本。 This paper analyzed the influence of the craft parameters such as the die clearance and fillet radius on the stamping forming performance of the radiator mounting by LS-DYNA, to grasp accurately the influence of the process parameters on the stamping performance. This work may make us fully understand the forming process of stamping parts, in order to discover problems, improve the quality of die design, shorten die testing cycle and reduce the mold cost.
