摘要
首先详细介绍了CAD/CAE/CAM技术在机械行业中的应用过程;然后以曲轴为例,应用CAXA实体设计完成曲轴结构设计,运用ANSYS软件对曲轴的结构进行固有频率的模态分析,应用CAXA制造工程师完成对曲轴结构的模拟数控加工。结果表明:机械产品设计过程中引入CAD/CAE/CAM技术可以大大缩短开发周期和节约开发费用。
First, the application process of CAD/CAE/CAM technology in machinery industry was introduced. Then, taking a crankshaft for example, we finished the crankshaft structure design by CAXA entity design. ANSYS software was used to make a modal analysis about the natural frequency of crankshaft structure. And the NC machining simulation for crankshaft structure was completed by CAXA manufacturing engineer. The results show that this technology is particularly important for design and manufac- turing of mechanical parts.
