基于ADAMS与MATLAB的电磁制动器仿真分析

摘要 基于ADAMS建立了双块式电磁制动器的动力学仿真分析模型,并对其进行了模拟仿真,产生了制动臂在制动过程中各个方向的加速度时域图和相关频域图,随后,运用MATLAB的小波工具箱对振动幅值最大的时域图进行分析,深入了解制动器在制动过程中制动轮对制动臂所产生的振动影响。 In this paper, the dynamic simulation model of a two-block electromagnetic brake is set up by ADAMS, and a simulation analysis is carried out, which produces the acceleration time-domain maps and the related frequency-domain maps in all directions of brake arm in the process of braking. Subsequently, using the wavelet toolbox of MATLAB analyzes the vibration amplitude of the largest time-domain map, to deeply understand the influence of braking wheel on the vibration of brake arm in the process of brake.
