摘要
利用有限元分析法对某煤矿长壁工作面的大型带式输送机进行了动态模拟,分析了长距离带式输送机满载工况下输送带的动张力特性。通过分析得出:满载启动时,输送带松边与紧边的最大速度差为1.374m/s;启动过程中张紧装置的拉紧行程为8.46m;输送带第151个离散单元的张力最大,为432.91kN,张紧装置的最大张力不应大于432.9kN。
In this paper, the dynamic simulation of a large belt conveyor is carried out by using finite element method, which is used in a coal mine long wall face, and the dynamic tension characteristic under the condition of full load is analyzed. The conclusion of the study are following: With the full load startup, the maximum speed difference between conveyor belt loose side and compact side is 1. 374 m/s, the displacement of the tension device is 8.46 m; The maximum tension in the 151th discrete unit is 432.91 kN, and the tension of the 600th unit is 68.60 kN, the maximum tension of the tension device should not be greater than 432.9 kN.
