摘要
以桥式起重机起升机构为研究对象,介绍了起升机构的组成及其设计计算、部件选型和校验的方法。为减少设计人员重复设计时的工作量、提高设计效率,以Visual Basic 6.0为开发语言,结合SolidWorks三维软件,开发了桥式起重机起升机构设计系统,并对卷筒进行了ANSYS有限元强度校核。实践证明,该设计系统可提高桥式起重机起升机构的设计效率,具有很强的实用性。
In this paper, the composition of bridge crane hoisting mechanism was introduced, and the design calculations, component selection and validation methods were described. In order to reduce the workload of repetitive design calculations and improve design efficiency, using Visual Basic 6.0 as the development language, SolidWorks as a drawing tool, we developed a design system for bridge crane hoisting mechanism. ANSYS finite element softwarc was used to check the roll strength. Practice has proved that the design system can improve the design efficiency of bridge crane hoisting mechanism.
