摘要
臂架的受力分析一直是塔机臂架设计中必不可少的一个重要步骤。通过建立原始塔机起重臂结构模型,利用结构力学中的单位力法,从塔机臂架设计的源头出发,建立力学模型,根据模型建立变形协调方程,导出适合结构内力计算的一般方法。计算给出典型工况下系统两个拉杆的内力以及起重臂任意截面处的弯矩,为后续一系列的设计提供科学合理的结构参数。
The stress analysis of jib is an important step in the design of the tower crane jib. In this paper, through the establishment of the original tower crane boom structure model, using unit load method in structural mechanics set up the mechanical model and deformation coordination equation for the jib, deduced the general method of calculating the structure internal forces. Two levers' internal forces and the bending moments of the arbitrary cross-section of lifting arm were calculated, which provided a scientific and reasonable structure parameters for further analysis.
