摘要
焊接结构件机座作为风力发电机组主要支撑部件,几乎承载了所有机械和电气零部件,同时还承受所有外力(包括静载和动载)的作用,其质量的好坏对风力发电机组的整体性能有着至关重要的影响。对机座整个制造过程中最主要的焊接工序的工艺要求和质量控制进行分析,为重要焊接结构件的制造工艺和质量控制方案的制定提供参考。
Welded base plate as the main supporting part of a wind turbine, almost carries all mechanical and electrical parts, but also withstands the external forces (including the static load and dynamic load), its quality has a critical influence on the overall performance of wind turbine. Therefore, this paper mainly analyzed the welding process and quality control requirement of the base plate, to provide an important reference for the formulation of manufacturing process and quality control program.
