摘要
数控机床在加工过程中的热变形是影响机床加工精度最重要的一个因素。详细分析了机床各主要部件温度变化与热误差的关系,探讨了如何利用补偿的方法减小加工过程中的热误差。为了能够提高数控机床热误差补偿的精度和效率,对多元线性回归理论在数控机床热误差补偿中的应用进行了研究。首先,给出了多元线性回归的数学模型;然后,提出了多元线性回归理论的计算方法的检验方法;最后,以数控铣床为例,利用多元线性回归的方法对其进行了热误差补偿计算,得出了数控机床多元线性回归的预报结果。
One of the most important factors influencing the machining accuracy of CNC machine tool is the thermal deformation of CNC machine tool. This paper analyzed the relationship between the temperature change of machine tool parts and the thermal error, discussed how to use compensation method to reduce the thermal error. In order to improve the precision and efficiency of thermal error compensation, the multiple linear regression theory was applied to CNC machine tool thermal error compensation. First, this paper gave the multiple linear regression mathematical model; Then, put forward the calculating and inspecting method based on multivariate linear regression for thermal error compensation; Finally, with CNC milling machine as example, applied multiple linear regression method to the thermal error compensation calculation, and a better result was got.
