摘要
利用GPRS作为通信手段,通过DataSocket技术实现了机械振动远程监控系统。依靠VB强大的数据处理和图形显示能力实现了加速度数据的采集、显示、分析处理。利用51单片机实现被测点的加速度采集,通过单片机与上位机的无线通讯实现加速度数据的实时显示、存储与曲线生成。
Taking GPRS as communication method, the mechanical vibration remote monitoring system is achieved by Data Socket technology. Depending on the strong ability of data processing and graphic display of VB, the sampling, displaying, analyzing and processing of environment noise data are completed. The 51 SCM is used to sample the living acceleration. The real-time display, storage and curve building of acceleration level is achieved through the communication between SCM and the host computer.
