介绍了一种中空塑料挤吹机壁厚控制器的研究方案。该方案主要由硬件模块和软件模块组成,硬件装置采用闭环反馈设计,软件编程通过PLC实现。该壁厚控制器操作简单,可以有效地提高型坯壁厚精度及中空制品的生产效率和质量。
The paper introduces the scheme of wall thickness controller of a hollow plastic extrusion blow molding machine. The controller is mainly composed of a hardware module and a software module, the hardware device adopts feedback loop, the software programming is realized by PLC. The wall thickness controller with simple operation can effectively improve the production efficiency and the quality of hollow products.
