摘要
在研究沥青混凝土摊铺机行驶控制系统的基础上,借助于S7-300PLC的高性能和稳定性,对摊铺机控制系统进行了重新设计,将PID和Fuzzy控制策略融入到控制系统中,提高了控制性能,进一步满足了施工工艺的要求。
In this paper, the control system of an asphalt concrete paver is redesigned, which is based on the excellent performance and high stability of PLC, the PID and fuzzy control algorithms are used in the control system, finally, the performance of control system is greatly improved and the requirements of construction crafts are further satisfied.
