摘要
女大学生就业问题是多年来备受关注的社会问题之一。基于辽宁地区高校的调查表明,影响女大学生就业的因素总体上可概括为女大学生自身就业选择、家庭的选择、企业的选择、高校的就业服务、政府及社会等因素。女大学生转变就业观念,高等教育加强对女性就业服务指导,以及政府制定反性别就业歧视等制度,是解决当前及今后一段时期女大学生就业问题的现实对策。
The employment of the female college students has become the focus of the society. By the survey of fac- tors of employment of female college students in Liaoning province, this paper analysis the female employment of college students and the characteristics of employment and factors. To change the idea of employment for female, and the high education system should to enhance the employment service for female, and the government establish the anti gender employment discrimination, all these actions are the realistic countermeasures from now on and for a long time.
