摘要
调查我国部分高校女教师的心理健康状况,探讨其心理压力的成因,可以为改善和提高高校女教师的心理健康水平提供科学依据。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对我国部分高校的1800名女教师进行的心理测评发现,不同任教科目、不同职称、不同工资水平的高校女教师在心理健康上的差异具有统计学意义;不同教龄的高校女教师在躯体化、强迫、敌对因子上存在显著性差异。高校女教师心理健康状况不容乐观,应尽早对其加强心理干预。
Objective This article aims to investigate the mental health status of part of female teachers in our coun- try' s universities, so as to explore the cause of their psychological pressure, as well as to provide scientific base to improve their psychological health level. Symptom checklist (SCL- 90) is applied to analyze 1800 female teach- ers' psychological health condition in our country' s universities. Results there is statistical significance to analyses differences among college females teachers according to their differences concerning teaching subjects, titles and wages levels, as well as differences in summarization, compulsion, hostility relate to their different seniorities. Conclusion Female college teachers'psyehological health status is not optimistic, and it is urgent to strengthen psy- chological intervention as soon as possible.
