摘要
基于职业生涯理论和社会性别视角,对第三期中国妇女社会地位调查的定量调查数据、女性高层人才成长与发展对策研究项目访谈资料进行分析可以发现,女性职业生涯初期面临就业性别歧视,职业生涯发展期面临工作家庭冲突,职业生涯稳定期遭遇男士优先,职业生涯后期被迫提前退休。针对女性高层人才在职业生涯不同阶段面临的挑战,我们需要采取有针对性的对策。
From the theory of career and the gender of sociology perspective, the data of a third of Chinese women ~ s social status survey and female senior personnel growth and development of countermeasures research project inter- views. Facing sex discrimination in employment in her early career, facing work - family conflict in the time of ca- reer development, suffered men priority in the period of career stability, forced into early retirement in the time of later career. From the four perspectives, research and analysis the three challenges of party, science and manage- ment in our country. Some suggestions for the development of to promote female senior talent be supposed in the last article.
