摘要
目的 :观察多沙普仑用于全麻催醒时 ,对琥珀胆碱阻滞的神经肌肉恢复的影响。方法 :30例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级的择期手术病人随机分为三组 ,每组 10例。肌松药均为琥珀胆碱。手术结束后 ,组Ⅰ停复合液后不再给任何药 ,病人自然恢复 ;组Ⅱ停复合液后 ,立即给多沙普仑 1mg/kg ;组Ⅲ停复合液 5分钟后 ,给多沙普仑 1mg/kg。用加速度仪监测神经肌肉兴奋传导情况。结果 :立即给多沙普仑组的琥珀胆碱阻滞的神经肌肉恢复指数和 1秒刺激T或T1颤搐高度恢复到对照值的 5 0 %所需时间明显长于其他两组 (P <0 0 1)。结论
Objective:To investigate the effect of doxapram on the rate of recovery from succinylcholine induced neuromuscular block.Methods:Thirty ASA Ⅰ Ⅱ patients for elective surgery were randomized into three groups with 10 cases each.No any drug was given at the end of anesthesia for group Ⅰ.1mg/kg of doxapram was given intravenously immediately after stopping succinylcholine for group Ⅱ.The same dose of doxapram as in the group Ⅱ was used at 5min postanesthesia in group Ⅲ.Neuromuscular transmission was monitored with Accelograph monitor.Results:The recovery time of T or T 1 from 25% to 75% of the control(recovery index) and the time of 50%Th recovery was longer in group Ⅱ than that in group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ( P< 0 01).Conclusion:The recovery from succinylcholine neuromuscular block is prolonged by doxapram injection soon after succinylcholine discontinuation.
