摘要
目的 :研究不同浓度米力农对培养乳鼠心肌细胞钙离子的影响。方法 :乳鼠心肌细胞分离培养 7天后 ,随机分为四组 :Ⅰ组为空白对照组 ;Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别加入米力农 0 2 μg/ml、0 4μg/ml、0 8μg/ml,孵育 10分钟后进行钙离子测定。结果 :不同浓度的米力农均使细胞内钙离子浓度升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但程度不同。低浓度时 ,细胞内钙离子升高较少 ,而高浓度时 ,细胞内钙离子浓度急剧升高 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :适当浓度米力农可增加心肌细胞内钙离子浓度。
Objective:To compare the effects of different concentrations of milrinone on the production of Ca 2+ in cultured rat neonatal cardaic myocytes.Methods:20 bottles of cultured rat neuron cardiac myocytes were seperated into 4 groups:milrinone 0 2μg/ml group,milrinone 0 4μg/ml group and milrinone 0 8μg/ml group.Results:Ca 2+ increased in three milrinone groups,especially when milrinone 0 8μg/ml was used( P< 0 01).Conclution:A proper dose of milrinone can increase Ca 2+ concentration in cultured primary rat cardiac myocytes,but large dose of it may increase the Ca 2+ concentration vigorously.
