从“养虎计划”谈连锁商业人力资源建设

摘要 连锁经营管理是现代商业企业的主要经营管理模式。在制约商业连锁业规模不断扩大的几大要素中,人力资源特别是人才资源是最关键的要素。加快培养合格的人才已成为连锁经营业普遍重视的课题,但如何培养一批适应连锁业态发展的企业人才已成为一道摆在商业连锁企业面前亟待解决的难题。安徽商之都股份有限公司在人才选拔、培养、使用的过程中,通过不断探索、实践和总结,建立了一套以"养虎计划"人才培养系统为支柱的人力资源体系,为支撑企业持续性发展注入了强大动力。 Chain operation management is the major management mode in the operation of modern businesses and enterprises. Human resources, especially talent resources, are the key factor among the factors restricting the development of chain business. Accelerating the cultivation of qualified talents has become a subject arousing universal attention in chain business. However, how to foster the talents to satisfy the demand of the development of chain business has become a difficult problem to be settled by the chain business. In the process of choosing, training and utilizing talents, Anhui Commercial Capital Co., Ltd. has established a human resource system supported by the "Tiger Scheme" talent training system through constant exploration, practice and summary, adding stronger power to the sustainable development of the enterprise.
