摘要
农民工推动了城镇化、工业化进程。由于农民工的生存状态有其独特性,存在乡土观念重、家庭伦理结构调整等现象,并由此衍生出就业方式不健全、政府救助不到位等弊端。为清除这些弊端,应从改变就业观念、建立救助体系、强化培训等渠道着手解决。
Peasant workers help promote urbanization and industrialization. Their living conditions are different from others because they have strong sense of turf and their family ethical structure has been readjusted. Therefore, there have emerged some problems such as the unsound employment mode, the shortage of governmental aid and so on. To solve these problems, we should help the peasant workers change their concept of employment, establish an aid system, strengthen relevant training, etc.
