江苏油田Z13断块压裂砂堵原因分析及对策 被引量:3

摘要 水力压裂是油气井增产、注水井增注的一项重要技术措施,在提高原油采收率、改善注水条件等方面起着重要的作用。砂堵是造成压裂施工失败的最直接原因,特别是储层裂缝发育的油藏,砂堵频率更高。江苏油田Z13断块在以往的压裂施工中,砂堵比例占一半以上。分析了造成该区块压裂砂堵的几方面原因,并提出了相应的改进措施。现场实施后效果明显,砂堵比例从55%下降到16%。这些措施对Z13区块以及江苏油田其他类似区块的压裂改造具有重要的指导意义。 Hydraulic fracturing is an important technical measure for stimulation of oil or gas production and water injection, and plays an important role in increasing oil recovery and improving injectivity. Sand plug is the most direct cause of fracturing failure. Especially, sand plugging frequency is high in fracture developed reservoir. In Block Z13 of Jiangsu Oilfield, the sand plugging accounts for more than half of fractured wells. Factors causing the sand plug of the block were analyzed, and the corresponding measures were proposed. The field results show that the sand plugging frequency reduced from 55% to 16%. These measures have important guiding significance for the fracturing of Block Z13 and other similar blocks in Jiangsu Oilfield.
