摘要 气相色谱与质谱联用是一种高效分离,又具有准确鉴定化合物结构的技术,应用十分广泛.简述了水样常用的前处理方法以及适用情况,综述了近年来国内外文献报道的检测重要水源中有机物的气相色谱及气质联用方法,为环境问题中低含量的有机物测定提供有效方法. GC MS, which is an efficient separation technology that can accurately identify compound structure, is widely used. This paper introduced common pretreatment methods of water samples, summarized GC-MS in the detection of organic matters in water source in domestic and foreign literatures recently, and put forward an efficient method for the detection of low content organic matters, which provided references for the research work.
