细胞因子与病态行为

摘要 大量证据表明脑中的细胞因子可以作为病态行为产生的一个分子标记.诱导病态行为发生的促炎性细胞因子在免疫系统与脑的信息交流过程中起着一定的作用.在机体受到感染时,外周的巨噬细胞、单核细胞等产生的细胞因子到达脑的相关部位,引起大脑一系列活动的改变,从而诱导一些行为的变化,即产生了病态行为.本文对细胞因子的产生、病态行为的测定以及细胞因子诱导病态行为的机制进行了阐述. A lot of evidence indicates that the cytokines in brain can be recognized as a molecular marker of sickness behavior. The proinflammatory cytokines, which induces sickness behavior, playes a certain role in the communication between immune system and the brain. During the infection, the cytokines produced by macrophages and monocytes, arrives at some parts of the brain and induces a series of a behavior changes, it is called sickness hehavior. This article represented the production of cytokines, the determination of sickness behavior and the mechanism of the induction.
