甲状腺功能检查对心脏病初筛及治疗预后的临床意义

Significance of thyroid function test for screening and treatment prognosis of heart diseases

目的:探讨甲状腺功能检查对心脏病初筛及治疗预后的临床意义,确定心脏异常时甲状腺功能的变化以及两者之间的相关性。方法:使用罗氏诊断试剂,采用电化学发光测定方法对200例心脏异常患者促甲状腺激素(TSH)、T3、T4水平进行检测,并进行统计学分析。结果:在测定的200例心脏病异常的患者中有40例是由甲状腺功能异常所引起。结论:心脏病与甲状腺功能异常存在其相关性,甲状腺功能检查可作为心脏病初筛的辅助手段或确诊依据。

Objective： To investigate the significance of thyroid function test for screening and of heart diseases and determine the relationship between cardiac abnormalities and changes in thyroid function. Methods： The levels of TSH, T3 and T4 were determined in 200 cases of cardiac abnormalities using the Roche Diagnostics Company Limited provides reagents and radioimmunoassay test. Results： In 40 out of the 200 cases, the cardiac abnormalities were caused by abnormal thyroid function. Conclusion： There is certain relationship between heart diseases and thyroid function abnormalities. The thyroid function test can be used as the basis of diagnosis of the heart disease.
