摘要
目的:分析探讨急性病毒性心肌炎患者的治疗效果及临床表现。方法:收集2004年1月至2011年12月我院临床收治的急性病毒性心肌炎患者100例,对其临床表现、发病情况、治疗预后进行分析。结果:急性病毒性心肌炎患者临床表现胸闷者居多,病程轻重不等,心电图表现形式多样。结论:急性病毒性心肌炎临床表现多样,需提高重视度,及时诊治。
Objective： analysis and investigate the clinical characteristic and therapeutic effect of patient with acute viral myocarditis. Methods： 100 patients hospitalized with acute viral myocarditis during 2004-2011 were included,the manifestations of clinical and characteristics and behavior after cure in all patients were analyzed. Results： Acute viral myocarditis has various manifestations.Great majority patients have hest pain as initial symptoms with difference level.The electrocardiogram and the echocardiography of acute viral myocarditis were varied.Conclusion： Acute viral myocarditis has various manifestations,should be taken enough attention, adopt early diagnosis and take comprehensive measures active treatment timely.
