摘要
常规的压裂工艺存在支撑剂回流,支撑剂铺置效果不理想等问题。为了防止支撑剂回流,改善支撑剂铺置效果,提高压裂改造效果,开发出可降解纤维BF-II及与之配套的纤维降解剂BF-D,形成了可降解纤维材料体系。川西气田通过在水平井采用可降解纤维材料体系实施纤维伴注加砂压裂,有效提高压后返排速度,降低了支撑剂回流量,改善了压裂效果。
Conventional fracturing techniques have the proppant backflow problem and proppant laid is not satisfactory.The biodegradable fiber bf-ii and its accompanying fiber degradation agent bf-d are developed,the formation of a biodegradable fiber material system in order to prevent the reflux of proppant,to improve proppant laid effect,to improve fracturing effect.The flowback speed after fracturing is improved;proppant back flow is reduced,fracturing effect is improved by using biodegradable fiber material system in horizontal wells in West Sichuan Gas Field.
