摘要
目前气田水合物防止工艺应用主要集中在处理站或集气站,对于凝析气藏低温气井井口的水合物防止工艺研究较少。本文就这一现状,通过文献调研,提出运用电加热器工艺防止井口水合物产生,通过生产现状验证了电加热器工艺对本气田低温气井井口的水合物防止适用性较好。同时将电加热工艺与注醇工艺和水套炉加热工艺进行了综合比较,分析了它们在井口水合物防止工艺的优缺点。
The hydrate prevention technology are mainly applied in the processing station or gas gathering station for gas fields,yet little progress has been achieved for the prevention of low-temperature wellhead gas so far.With regard to this,combined with literature review,the electric heater technology is proposed to prevent hydrate formation on wellhead.Current production situation verify that the electric heaters show better applicability.In addition,the characteristics and efficiencies of electric heating technology,alcohol injection process and the water jacket furnace heating process on wellhead hydrate prevention have been comprehensively compared and analyzed.
