国内外绿色建筑运行评估体系对比研究

Comparative Study on Domestic and International Green Rating Systems of Building Operation

近年来我国绿色建筑发展飞速,借助于国家的政策引导,获得绿色建筑设计标识认证的建筑数量增速显著,但获得运行标识认证的建筑数量增速较缓,这主要受标识评定条件、建筑特征、建筑运行评估方法等因素制约。在对国内外绿色建筑运行评估体系对比分析与借鉴的基础上,针对我国绿色建筑现状及特点,提出建立我国绿色建筑运行评估体系的建议。

China＇s green buildings are developing particularly fost in recent years. Guiding with national policy, buildings attaining the green building design logo increased significantly. While affected by the evaluation conditions, architectural features, as well as building operational assessment method, buildings attaining the green building operation logo increased slowly. Some suggestions are proposed on establishing green rating system of building operation in China with the comparative study on domestic and international green rating systems based on China＇s status and characteristics of green building.
