能耗标识与建筑全寿命能耗估算的构想与实践

摘要 构想通过建筑相关产品的能耗标识,估算建筑从产品生产、施工、使用、报废4个阶段的能耗,进而估算建筑能耗的方法。从建筑能耗与造价的不一致性开始,提出产品能耗标识的意义,同时,借鉴建筑造价的方法和手段估算建筑的能耗,并考虑环境影响和能源种类的因素,更为具体地衡量建筑全寿命周期的能耗。将这样的理论在实践中推广,能够科学地评价建筑能耗,更好地贯彻节能的目的。 It hopes to estimate the energy consumption of the related products for construction, from four stages including producing,constructing, using and end-of-life, to identify the building's whole energy consumption. With the inconsistency between building encrgy consumption and its cost, the energy consumption identification of products is significant. While the building energy consumption can be estimated by its cost; and the environmental impact and energy types shall be considered for more specific measuring on life-cycle energy consumption. The theory promoted in practice is helpful to scientific evaluation of building energy consumption and achieving energy-saving purpose.
