摘要
分析了传统供热系统在设计及运行过程中的安全隐患,一次循环水泵选择过大,水力不平衡导致的大流量小温差输配电耗过大等的问题。针对城镇供热系统目前分散且规模小、污染严重、环境脏乱、管理水平低、能源浪费严重的现状,进行技术经济对比,得出对大型集中供热系统采用分布式变频二级泵供热系统和互联网综合监控平台,可以实现对集中供热系统的可量化的现代化运行管理。
The potential safety hazard of the traditional heating system in designing and operating are analyzed, including the larger primary circulating pump, hydraulic imbalance resulting in smaller temperature difference and larger water flow which brings too much power consumption waste. Now, urban heating system is always geographically separated with small scale, polluting severely, low-level management and serious waste energy. By making a techno-economic comparison, the central heating system can operate under modern-quantitative ways by adopting the variable frequency secondary pump heating system and the comprehensive monitoring platform of internet.
