风流流速对矿用空冷器换热影响的数值模拟 被引量:3

摘要 矿用空冷器的换热效率直接影响矿井降温效果.当矿井风流流过空冷器制冷时,煤尘、岩尘极易附着在肋片上,形成附加热阻,使空冷器换热能力下降.以实际工程为原型,使用FLUENT软件模拟了考虑污垢时不同风流流速流过矿用空冷器的出口平均温度随流速的变化情况.结果表明:矿用空冷器的换热效果随污垢厚度的增加而减弱,污垢对空冷器换热效果的影响随着风流流速的降低而减小. The heat transfer efficiency of the mine cooling coils has direct influence on the mine cooling effect. When the airflow flows through the cooling coils, coal dust and rock dust attaches to the fin easily, forming the additional thermal resistance, so that the heat transfer capacity of the mine cooling coils decreases. This paper has used the FLUENT software to simulate the temperature variation of airflow flowing through a set of mine cooling coils under different airflow velocity, taking the actual project as a prototype. Results show that the heat exchanger effect reduced with the increase of fouling thickness, and the effect reduced with the decrease of the airflow velocity.
