在简介工大书苑的基础上,勾画其服务流程,并以图书寄售、捐赠、漂流为例详细介绍工大书苑服务读者的具体举措,最后总结服务产生的良好效应。
After giving a brief account of Gongda Book Center, the present paper describes its service procedure and its measures to serve readers by taking book consignment, donation and drifting as examples. Finally, it summarizes the good effects of its service.
