摘要
以OAIS作为数字档案馆的框架，以OAIS的“接收”前端构建电子文件中心：主要包括接收提交、质量验证、产生档案信息包、产生描述信息、协同更新、目录数据库、档案数据库、检索共8个功能模块。
In the framework of an OAIS digital archive, the present article conceives a center for electronic documents with an OAIS receiving system. The center has eight functional modules： receiving submissions, quality verification, generating archival information packages, producing descriptive information, coordinate updating, catalogue database, archive database and retrieval.
