摘要
目的 探讨P16蛋白在原发性肝细胞肝癌 (HCC)及慢性乙型肝炎中的表达情况。方法 用免疫组织化学方法检测 16例HCC组织及 2 5例慢性乙型肝炎标本中P16蛋白表达。结果 有 5 6 .2 5 % (9/ 16 )的HCCP16表达缺失 ;慢性乙型肝炎中 8% (2 / 2 5 )P16蛋白表达缺失。结论 P16蛋白缺失与HCC相关 。
Objective To study the expression of P16 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and chronic hepatitis. Methods 16 tissue specimens of HCC and 25 chronic hepatitis were examined by immunohistochemistry method.?Result The expression of P16 was missing in 56.25% cases of HCC while only in 8% (2/25) cases of chronc hepatitis.?Conclusion The missing expression of P16 is related to HCC,but not to chronic hepatitis.
