摘要
《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》明确提出搭建终身"立交桥",促进各级各类教育纵向衔接、横行沟通的教育政策。运用比较研究的方法,分别以欧洲ECVET、香港资历架构和我国开放大学的"学分银行"体系为例,对政策背景进行梳理与分析,并重点对三者之间的趋同性和差异性进行研究比较,以期为推动我国具有本土特色的"学分银行"建设提供有益的参考。
In "The Outline of the Middle and Long-term Plan for National Education Reform and Development," it is clearly stated that a lifelong "flyover" will be built, so as to promote the education of all types and on all levels, making them horizontally connected, and vertically related. Employing a comparative method, taking the "credit bank" systems of Europe ECVET, Hong Kong qualifications framework and China's Open University's respectively as examples, this article analyzes their backgrounds of the policy, laying emphasis on the comparison between their convergence and differences, so as to provide a beneficial reference to promote the construction of our "credit bank" system with Chinese characteristic
