摘要 目的 研究皮下注射利多卡因对大鼠膀胱伤害性刺激引起的脊髓Fos表达的影响。方法 采用甲醛膀胱痛刺激模型、结合c -fos免疫组织化学技术进行研究。结果 膀胱内注入甲醛 2h后可观察到 :在L5~S2 节段脊髓背角出现Fos阳性标记细胞 ,以L6~S1节段脊髓背角的数目多而集中 ,且主要出现于背角Ⅰ层内侧部、后连合核 (DCN)、中间带外侧核 (IML)等部位。预先在牵涉区皮下注射利多卡因 ,可以明显减少膀胱伤害性刺激引起的L6~S1节段脊髓背角Fos阳性细胞的数量 (P <0 .0 1)。 Objective To study the effect of lidocaine subcutaneous injection on Fos expression induced by urinary bladder nociceptive stimulus in spinal cord of the rat.?Methods After filling the urinary bladder with formalin through a catheter, the Fos positive neurons were determined by Fos immunohistochemical method.?Results Two hours after injecting formalin into the urinary bladder to cause nociceptive stimulus ,the Fos positive neurons were found in the segments of spinal cord L 5~S 2, mainly in the medial part of laminaⅠ,dorsal commissural nucleus (DCN) and intermediolateral nucleus(IML) in the segments L 6~S 1.When lidocaine was injected in the referred area subcutaneously 5 minutes before formalin, the Fos positive neurons were decreased significantly( P <0.01).?Conclusion The subcutaneous injection of lidocaine in the referred area might alleviate the pain of urinary bladder.
