摘要
目的 探讨脊髓病变的运动诱发电位 (MEP)及其临床应用。方法 采用经颅和椎骨的电刺激技术检查 19例脊髓病变患者上下肢的MEP反应。结果 对锥体束产生压迫和 (或 )破坏的病变 ,可造成MEP潜伏时和中枢运动传导时间延长、波幅降低。下肢异常比上肢异常明显。异常改变在肢体的分布与病变部位密切相关。
Objective To investigate the motor evoked potential in spinal cord lesion and its clinical application.?Methods Nineteen patients with spinal cord lesions were examined by motor evoked potential (MEP) technique with transcranial and transvertebral electric stimulation.?Results Decreased MEP amplitude, prolonged central motor conduction time and latency of MEP in patients with spinal cord lesions were observed. The MEP abnormalities in the lower extremities were more often found than in the upper extremities, and the MEP findings were closely correlated with the site of lesion.?Conclusion MEP can be used in electro physiological diagnosis of spinal cord lesions.
