人乳头瘤病毒感染的阴道细胞病理变化

Vaginal cytopathologic diagnosis of vulval /cervical lesions with human papillomavirus infection

目的 提高人乳头瘤病毒 (HPV)感染的阴道细胞病理学诊断水平。方法 对 15 7例外阴、宫颈活体组织及宫颈 /阴道细胞涂片进行组织病理及细胞病理诊断 ,并对其中的 112例进行了 6B/ 11型DNA原位杂交及HPV16、18型DNAPCR检测。结果 HPVDNA阳性者 82例。组织病理和宫颈 /阴道细胞病理检查为HPV感染者 ,HPVDNA均为阳性 ;组织病理检查为HPV感染 ,6 2 .5 0 %可经阴道细胞病理检查发现。

Objective To appraise the value of vaginal cytopathologic diagnosis in vulval /cervical lesions with human papillomavirus infection.?Methods 157 cases were studied by using histopathologic and cytopathologic diagnoses. HPV DNA types 6B/11,16 and 18 were tested in 112 cases vulval /cervical lesions by in situ hybridization and polymerase chain reaction.?Results In the 112 cases tested for HPV DNA,82 were found positive. HPV infection was diagnosed by histopathology in 24 cases, all of which were HPV DNA positive. 15 of the 24 cases could be diagnosed by vaginal cytopathology as well, the rate of agreement of cytopathologic diagnosis to histopathologic diagnosis was 62.5%.?Conclusion HPV infection can be detected by vaginal cytopathology in a certain proportion of the patients.
