安氟醚复合异丙酚麻醉对肺内分流及肺顺应性影响的研究

The effect of enfIurane/propofol anesthesia on lung compliance and pulmonary shunting

目的 研究安氟醚复合异丙酚麻醉对肺动态顺应性和肺内分流的影响。方法 14例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级上腹部手术病人分别在麻醉诱导、气管插管后 30min ,复合安氟醚和异丙酚用药后 30min、6 0min测定肺内分流率及肺顺应性。结果 使用安氟醚复合异丙酚麻醉后各时刻肺内分流率及肺动态顺应性无显著变化。

Objective To evaluate the effects of enflurane/propofol anesthesia on lung compliance and lung shunting. Methods The exp.was performed on 14 consecutive patients (ASAⅠ～Ⅱ)undergoing abdominal surgery. Their anesthesia was maintained by giving inhaled enflurane(1.0 MAC)and intravenous propofol(2 mg·kg -1 ·h -1 ) 30 min after intubation. Dynamic lung compliance (Cdyn),lung shunt ratio (Qs/Qt)and hemodynamic parameters were assessed 30 min after intubation,30 min and 60 min after administration and 30 min and 60 min after disadministration of the drugs. Result There were no significant changes in Qs/Qt and in Cydn in and after the course of anesthesia (P=0.91 and 0.8 rspectively). Conclusion There are no significant effects of enflurane/propofol anesthesia on lung shunting and lung compliance.
