大型变频调速船用抓斗挖掘机的研制

摘要 针对船用抓斗挖掘机的国产化进程中所面临的技术瓶颈进行技术攻关,依据"十二五"规划中对高端装备提出的高智能性、高可靠性与低能耗的指导原则,开发出符合我国具体施工工况的低成本、高性能船用抓斗挖掘机。实验证明,该变频调速能够快速有效的实现船用抓斗挖掘机的作业,降低整机的能耗,提高系统运行效率。 According to the Marine grab excavator localization are facing in the course of the technical bottleneck for technical research, on the basis of the 12th Five-Year Plan in the high-end equipment put forward high intelligent, high reliability and low energy consumption of the guiding principle, the development of conforms to our country specific construction condition of low cost, high performance Marine grab excavators. The experimental results prove that the frequency control of motor speed to quickly and efficiently implement Marine grab excavator operation, reduce the energy consumption and improve the system efficiency.
