摘要
利用量纲理论分析多相流的流动换热特性,从可压缩粘性流体的一般控制方程组出发,推导出多相流换热的若干相似准则数,再结合两相间作用的定性分析建立起一套完整的多相流对流换热的相似准则体系,分析多相流换热模型中相似准则数的物理意义。并在激光壁面加载模型中通过更改物性参数比例尺来调整非稳态模型的计算特征时间,达到优化计算的目的。
In this paper, the dimensional analysis is used to analyze the flow and heat transfer characteristics of multiphase flow, and the non-dimensional number of heat transfer in multiphase flow is derived from the general governing equations of compressible viscous fluid. Then we resort to a combination of dimensional analysis and qualitative analysis of two-phase fluid to establish a complete coupled heat transfer similarity criteria system of multiphase flow, and analyze the physical meanings of non-dimensional number in the model. At last, we adjust the characteristic time of flow by changing the physical parameters of two-phase fluid to achieve the purpose of computational optimization.
