摘要 通过对某电厂汽轮发电机组除盐水使用情况的分析,抓住关键,采取措施,从对设备整治和系统优化等角度减少工质及热量损失,同时在行业内率先引入"平稳补水率"和"锅炉瞬时蒸发总量"的概念,并运用该二项指标导出了无计量装置的汽暖、制冷机、定期排污、机组方式切换等的耗水率和瞬时耗水量,对于提高机组运行经济性和对标精细化管理具有积极的借鉴意义。 Based on the analysis of desalted water from turbine generator unit in a power plant, we grasp the key point and take measures to reduce the losses of working fluids and heat from the perspectives of equipment improvement and sys- tem optimization, and take the initiative in introducing the concepts of "smooth water make-up rate" and "the total amount of boiler instantaneous evaporation" in the industry. At the same time, we adopt the two indicators to get the rate of water con- sumption and the instantaneous water consumption of steam heaters/efrigerating machines / periodical pollution dis- charge/switchover on unit modes free of metering devices. The research serves as positive reference for improving the econo- my of unit operation and its standardized and fine management.
