摘要 以吸收式热泵技术为基础,探讨了利用热泵替代汽轮机低压抽汽,加热锅炉回水的可行性。以某300MW亚临界机组作为实例分析对象,在一定参数条件下,分析了热泵取代7#、8#低压抽汽加热的情况。计算得出,由于热泵替代了部分低压抽汽加热,使得汽轮机发电增加了2.14MW,但同时由于采用了更高参数的抽汽驱动热泵又使得汽轮机发电减少2.47MW,最终发电减少0.33MW。最后经过综合分析,得出方案在技术上能够实现但是经济上并不可行的结论,原因在于忽略了能量"质"的因素。 Basingon heat pump technology,this article has explored the feasibility of utilizing heat pump to substitue low pressure turbine steam extraction. Using a 300MW subcritical units as the case study, a analysis of utilizing heat pump to substitute 7 # and 8 # low pressure steam extraction heating is done in a certain parameter conditions. The caculation result shows that the turbine' s power generation increase 2.14MW due to the heat pump' s substitution of part of low pressure steam extraction heating. However, the turbine' s power generation decrease 2.47MW by using a higher parameter extraction steam to drive the heat pump, which makes net power generation decreases 0.33MW. At last, comprehensive analysis result shows that the program can be achieved technically but is not feasible economically with the energy grade factor ignored.
