我国公共危机管理存在的问题、原因及解决对策

目前中国正处于公共危机事件频发的阶段,在未来很长一段时间,都要面临着如何有效地处理公共危机的严峻考验。目前中国的公共危机管理还存在着法律体系尚不完善、组织体系不够完备和信息管理体系存在缺陷等问题,这些都影响着中国在处理危机事件中的效率和效果。为此,中国应该在完善危机管理的法律体系、加强危机管理的机制建设和提高公民的危机意识等方面提升我国危机管理的水平,这也是改善中国政府危机管理的基本解决对策。

At present, China is at the stage of frequent happening of public crisis. In the future, China have to face the severe test of how to tackle the public crisis. There are some problems according to public crisis management such as the imperfect legal system, incomplete organization system, information management system defects and so on. These problems are affecting the efficiency and effect of crisis dealing in China. Therefore, China should promote government crisis management by means of improving the legal system of crisis management, strengthening the scheme construction of crisis management, and enhancing the citizens＇ sense of crisis.
