摘要
当今世界正处于激烈竞争的时代,各国的竞争,最根本的是人才的竞争。人才的争夺、人才的培养、绩效考核成为当今各类型企业和社会组织时刻关注的重心。绩效考核是整个人才管理中最基本、最重要的一环,绩效考核是否科学合理,将导致考核所提供的评价依据是否正确,从而直接关系到考核能否真正发现和确认人才,因此绩效考核作为提高企业和员工绩效的重要工具显得越来越重要。本文通过探讨绩效考核在人力资源管理中的作用,首先对绩效考核理论进行简述,接着分析效绩考核在企业管理中的重要作用,其次针对目前我国企业效绩考核中存在的问题,提出相应的办法进行探讨。
