摘要
针对国内清筛机作业时,污土带经常发生碰倒接触网支柱的问题,本文介绍了一种清筛机污土传送带自动避障系统。该系统用激光和超声波两种非接触式检测技术对障碍物进行检测,采用自主研发的污土带转角传感器对污土带位置进行测量,用DSPIC30F6012单片机作为控制器,提出了避障算法,通过设计的相关软件,结合数字图像监控技术,辅助清筛机驾驶员实现避障操作,提高了系统的交互性,此系统解决了清筛机污土带安全生产避障问题,使用后产生了良好的社会和经济效益。
According to the safety problem in domestic ballast cleaning machine operation, which is dirtysoil conveyer belt frequently knocking down the catenary system post, this paper introduced a kind of automatic obstacle avoidance system used for dirty-soil conveyer belt of ballast cleaning machine. This system applied two kinds of non-contact detection technology which are laser and ultrasonic in order to detect the obstacles,adopted self-developed goniometer to measure the angel of dirty soil conveyor belt, used DSPIC30F6012 single chip as the core control device,presented the reliable algorithm for automatic obstacle avoidance, and designed the system software. Meanwhile, this system also used digital image monitoring technology in order to help the driver avoid the obstacle and improve the system interactivity, which would solve the problem of automatic obstacle avoidance for dirty-soil conveyor belt in safety production and bring good social and economic benefits.
