For the harmness caused by the actual problem, we should perfect the related regulations and laws as fast as we can; we should take some effective measures to prevent the following things occurring, such as online criminal and spreading unhealthy information etc; we should take advantage of the internet to establish the organizations and institutes to protect the profits and rights of the adolescent and try to prevent and even avoid the negative influence on them; And we should establish a long--term system to promote the soeialization of the adolescent , making them grow up healthily.
