摘要
针对90后大学生的心理状况,通过实施四大类积极心理教育训练方案,从改变思维方式、发挥自身优势、构建自我辩驳的思维模式及十二种具体的训练方法入手,提供了90后大学生积极心理品质培养的一些思路,旨在促进大学生积极人格的完善与发展,达到不断开掘和弘扬当代大学生积极向上的潜能,使每个大学生的"心理资本"得到全方位的提升,朝健康方向发展的目标。
This articles introduced 12 training measures and methods to improve the development of students positive personality and the positive potentials from four aspects: changing the thinking way, enhancing students" own advantages, establishing the thinking model of self--debate, thus the students" psychological capitals would be comprehensively enhanced and healthy aims would me developed.
