新时期我军思想政治教育工作面临着诸多新的挑战,改革创新军队思想政治教育思路势在必行。军队思想政治教育应以科学发展观为指导,以人为本,探索教育理念创新;与时俱进,探索教育理论创新;统筹兼顾,探索教育内容创新;注重实效,探索教育方法创新,从而推动军队思想政治教育总体思路创新。

The new period has imposed various challenges on the ideological and political education in army, which makes it necessary to improve the mentality. The paper, guided by the scientific concept of development, probes into the innova tive ideas of the ideological and political education in army in four aspects： keep people first and strengthen concept inno vation, keep abreast of the times and strengthen theory innovation, make overall plans based on the consideration of all factors and strengthen content innovation, and focus on actual effect and strengthen method innovation.
