不同湍流模型在旋流非接触搬运器仿真中的应用和对比 被引量:4

摘要 采用标准k-ε湍流模型,RNGk-ε湍流模型和雷诺应力(RSM)湍流模型,对旋流非接触搬运器进行数值仿真计算,得出3种模型的压力曲线、吸力曲线和流量值.通过计算结果与试验值对比得知,3种模型中RSM湍流模型的预报结果最为合理;RNGk-ε湍流模型的预报结果次之,在工程应用中该模型的误差可以接受;标准k-ε湍流模型的预报结果最差.因此,RSM湍流模型和RNGk-ε湍流模型可被用作搬运器研究的理论依据. Standard k-~ turbulent model, RNG k-ε turbulent model and RSM turbulent model were used to simulate for non-contact vortex gripper. Through the simulation calculation, the pressure distribution, lifting force and flow rate characteristics of the three turbulent models were obtained respectively. Comparing the three turbulent models' result with experimental result, RSM turbulent model is the most reasonable. RNG k-ε turbulence model forecast results take second place and in the engineering application the error of this model is acceptable. Standard k-ε turbulence model forecast result is the worst. RSM turbu- lent model and RNG k-e turbulent model could be used as theoretical basis of the product upgrades.
